What is Linktelligent?
Linktelligent is the AI partner for IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). We make MSPs AI-savvy first, then deliver AI to their clients under the MSP's own brand, without the MSP needing to build its own AI team. We also help businesses without an MSP put practical AI and workflow automation to work. The name comes from intelligently linking systems.
What is an AI Business Brain?
An AI Business Brain is like ChatGPT or Claude, but fully grounded in all the knowledge of your business. It connects to the systems you already run on, such as your PSA or helpdesk, finance, CRM and documents, so your team can ask questions in plain English and get answers from your own data. People only see what they're already allowed to see, and the data stays inside your own environment.
What is the BRIDGE Method?
The BRIDGE Method is the six-step Linktelligent partner programme for MSPs: Baseline (free AI Readiness Scorecard and call), Roadmap (£1,950 fixed), Install (the AI Business Brain in the MSP), Daily use (team trained), Go to clients (“1 hour” pilot kick-off calls) and Earn (Linktelligent delivers under the MSP's brand and the MSP earns 20% for life).
How much does Linktelligent cost?
The AI Readiness Scorecard and 30-minute opportunity call are free. The AI Readiness Roadmap is £1,950 fixed, 100% credited against an AI Business Brain or AI project if you go ahead within 60 days. The AI Business Brain is £5,950 to set up (£4,000 after the credit), then £700 a month. Prices exclude VAT. The same prices apply to MSPs and to businesses.
How do MSP partners earn money?
Partners earn 20% of everything Linktelligent sells to the clients they introduce, for life: Roadmaps, AI Business Brains, monthly fees and projects. Platinum Partners, who are on the AI Business Brain, earn 25%. Clients see the MSP's brand, and Linktelligent never approaches a business that already has an MSP.
Is it proven?
Yes. Linktelligent built the AI Business Brain inside 1-Fix, the Thames Valley MSP run by co-founder Craig Atkins, before offering it to anyone else. At 1-Fix it saves up to 10 minutes per ticket, has replaced a full-time dispatcher's work (£35k a year) and about £600 a month of software, and cut client review prep from about half a day to under 30 minutes.
Who is behind Linktelligent?
Linktelligent was founded by Craig Atkins and Guy Pyle, who have each worked in MSPs for more than 20 years. It's UK-based and run by 1-Fix Limited, which holds Cyber Essentials Plus.
